Kenworks Ventures Company Limited is the leading distributor of Knauf Acoustic Mineral Wool Insulation rolls in Kenya and Eastern Africa. Our rolls come in dimensions of 20Mx1.2Mx50mm covering 24 square meters per roll with Density of 16kg/m3. It has an NRC value of 0.83.
For internal floors, separating floors, internal walls and drywall partitions.
This is the most popular and economical soundproofing material with more advantages compared to other similar insulation materials such as fiberglass wool. The Roll is economical and easier to install within partitions, floors, walls and roofs. In Kenya rock wool is commonly fixed in gypsum partitions to reduce office to office noise as well as exterior disturbances. You can also use Knauf insulation mineral wool to insulation your roof against the roof heat and cold as well

Knauf Acoustic Roll is a Glass Mineral Wool roll, designed for use in internal wall and floor applications, to offer sound absorption and noise reduction properties. It is non-combustible insulation with the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification, and is manufactured using Knauf Insulation’s unique bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology.
Acoustic Roll is designed specifically for the sound insulation of metal stud partitions.
Using mineral wool as a sound absorbent layer in partitions will significantly improve their acoustic performance, whilst only adding minimally to the overall mass of the structure. The mineral wool complements the gypsum board by absorbing airborne sound in the cavity and reducing reverberation. It also has the effect of reducing the hollow sound that can occur in partitions with unfilled cavities.
